Autumn or Fall is my favourite time of year. I am not keen on Summer at all. So as soon as it’s acceptable to wear knitted jumpers and scarves carrying a mug of Gingerbread Hot Chocolate and picking up pinecones and conkers I am in my happy place, it also means I can start crafting more and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before I start my Christmas crafting full time I like to do some Autumn crafting and whip up some cosy cards. Since the theme this week was Thanks, I knew I wanted to include some lovely rusts and brown colours to represent Autumn on my Thanks card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have made a card blank with an acetate front and added some fussy cut pieces from the Autumn Digi stamps<\/a> and added them on to the acetate, some with glue and some with foam pads to give dimension. It gives the look of them falling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have also added some gems and my ‘Thanks’ sentiment<\/a> onto the front with a black border. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The insert I have used in the background of my card is from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
